Not really they don't seem to have tested anything, reliability, sound
quality etc, the just appear to have looked at prices.

They don't even appear to have been able to figure out the very obvious
solution of using voipcheap for outgoing calls and sipgate or BT for
incoming.

They also miss the fact that while you need to put on approx £12
(EUR10+VAT) of credit for the free calling, you get to keep that credit
for the non-free calls and after the 90 days run out.

Smells like Betamax too.... only one Betamax was reviewed ?
This "test" is just a joined promotion of the providers in question....
And.... if one provider is "perfect" , who needs the rest ?
and does everybody have the same calling behaviour ?
who's the best tester ? :)
