Business class VoIP provider..

Anyone any particular recommendations for a good quality VoIP provider
that's not the cheapest but is reliable and has someone you can call
when it all goes tits up!.

Someone suggested Gradwell the other day anyone any experience of them
at all?.

Or anyone else they reckons good..

And just a BTW we sometimes need to do diverts to mobiles and rarely
other numbers. Anyone know of anyone who has a service where you can do
that directly from the phone like on say BT i.e. *70 (diverted number)

Another vote for voipfone.co.uk here.
Been using them for inbound calls and some outbound (freephone and
non-geo) for a number of years. Can't compare to anyone else as I
haven't had any reason to look elsewhere.
